Introduction

Purpose of Establishment

The Office of Secretariat was established in 2001. Under the supervision of the President and the Secretary General, the Office is responsible for managing school-level meeting affairs and agendas, processing official documents, administrative evaluation and inspection, tracking and assessing the progress of general administrative affairs, and organizing official ceremonies as well as activities. It is also in charge of public relations and general services. Additionally, it supports the Office of President and the Office of Vice Presidents by coordinating among colleges, institutes, departments, divisions, and all administrative units. Further, it also represents Asia University to communicate with the public through media.

Future Development

This office strives to continuously enhance the overall efficiency and quality of all departments through various systems and audit mechanisms, maximizing their operational performance. From the outset of establishing these systems, the university has carefully studied and referenced the practices of well-established institutions, adopting their strengths while avoiding potential shortcomings.
